Shipping Information

Once you place an order with us our priority is shipping the goods to you; we don’t like to keep you waiting.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

If your order totals $100 or more we will ship the goods to you for free. Orders under $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

There are limits on parcel sizes (typically 20kg) so it may be necessary to split your order across multiple parcels. Regardless of how many parcels we send, we’ll still send your for free provided your it totals $100 or more. 

Who will deliver my parcel? 

We use a range of different providers; we generally choose the one that’s going to deliver your parcel in the shortest possible time.

Can I check on the progress of my delivery?

We provide you with email notification that the goods have been shipped, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel. If you are advised that your parcel has been ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it yet, check your local post office, you’ll probably find it there.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?

A signature will be required upon delivery unless you provide your Authority to Leave in ‘delivery instructions’ at the time you place your order.

What if something goes wrong?

Contact us and share your concerns and we will look into it for you. 

If delivery seems slow it may be because your parcel is being shipped at a peak time for mail, such as Christmas or Easter. Some remote locations can take four or five days for standard delivery. There are also public holidays to consider.

If your parcel is damaged we will replace the goods as soon as possible. We may ask you to take photos of the damaged parcel to allow us to claim compensation from the delivery provider.
